親戚で餅つき Pounding mochi

毎年やってます。
こうゆうことは忙しくなっても大事にしていきたいですね。

0.Steam heat
using kamado in Japanese.say English "kitchen rangea cooking stove".
waiting time, we make bonfire.It is cold in outside. because winter:D

1.Knead
It's process very heard.so using Mochi-stampers machine.

2.Pounding

3.eat
 red bean paste ball,grated daikon,and natto.
It is delicious. because, make myself and together with a family!
